Payment Arrangements
Our goal is to offer our patients as many payment options as possible to ease any financial burdens. You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, or credit/debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurances, VA Benefits, Discount Dental Plan, In-House Payment Options and Care Credit. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call (269) 465-3001.
INSURANCE
As a courtesy to our patients, we accept and bill most dental insurance providers electronically on the day of service. By filing electronically, often times we can get immediate approval from the insurance company so you know exactly what they will pay on your treatment plan.
Questions about coverage? Unsure of eligibility and available benefits? We can access your insurance information via computer. Just give us a call and we are happy to look up your insurance for you, even if you're not a patient.
We are a Premier provider for Delta Dental. We happily accept the Healthy Kids plan.

In-Network VS Out of Network
Since January 1st, 2015 many of our patients have unexpectedly seen big changes to their medical and dental plans. One big question is in-network vs out of network.

Being in-network does not always work to our patients' advantage. Some insurance companies will actually pay more towards procedures as an out of network provider than in-network. Higher reimbursements mean lower out of pocket expenses for our patients. In other cases, the difference is only dollars more per year. If your insurance has changed or we are not an in-network provider for your insurance, we will be happy to look your plan up on our computer and tell you exactly what the difference in cost would be. Of course there is NO CHARGE for this!
